Most Iron Maiden songs will leave you lying on the floor from shear exhaustion.  Hallowed Be Thy Name is no exception.  The guitar part is actually not as hectic as other Iron Maiden songs, but this song will still hurt and punish you. The beginning of the song is slow and simple to follow.   The first solo that appears is relatively easy, but can, and most likely will, trip you up when you have to hit a note before a hammer on.  Then, throughout the chorus, you will be swinging from one side of the guitar to the other, trying to hit those hammer ons and pull offs.  The next solo though is BRUTAL.  It will have you switching from hammer ons and pull offs, to double strumming and more, all while moving at a fast pace.  Other than that though, the song is cake.  The bassist shouldn’t have as hard of a time as the guitarist, but there are still many hardships with the bass.  Many notes and few hammer ons means a lot of strumming.  I would suggest that the bassist double strum for the string of notes that come in groups.  Vocalists probably have it the easiest for this song.  Because the song is a live  version, the pitch of the notes may seem a little off if you have listened to the song before.  This song may be difficult, but it is far from impossible.

Dead on Arrival is one of those songs that you either love, or you hate.  The hardest parts are for the Guitar and Bass.  The fast paced tempo matched with a track volume that is hard to hear will have you hearing the *kerplink* sound every other second if you are not experienced.  Drums will also have a hard time keeping up with the fast beat.  Vocalists who can sing in a high pitch should have no problem keeping up with this songs lyrics.  For those of you out there who sing in a low pitch be prepared,  the song changes from a high pitch to an even higher pitch during most of the chorus.  For those out there who like fast paced songs that have plenty of double strumming, this is the song for you.  Those of you who are not should stay far far away.

Another easy song, this will most likely be the second song you play.  While this song is very easy, it is fun to play.  All of the instruments have simple rhythms throughout the song without much change.  The guitar solo might catch you off guard if you are not careful.  The vocals might be tricky if you can’t sing in a low tone, but shouldn’t be hard to get used to after a single play through.  This is also a great song if you introducing someone to RockBand for the first time.

This song is very easy, as it should be considering it’s the first song you play.  The drum beat is easily kept up with, and the lyrics are nice and easy, except for one part about 3/4 in.  The guitar is pretty easy to follow, but you may choke when you get to the solo.  Bass is also straightforward with little change in pattern.  This is a great song if you are introducing someone to RockBand for the first time.
